Developed by JustArchi and Trafalgar Square.

I wanted to upload it,but was in its initial stage.Its been around since CM12S,@justarchi has provided large amount of contribution to the S3 XDA Community.This is based on CyanogenMod repository though maintained by JustArchi.

Lollipop ROM:ArchiDroid 5.1 For S3 i9300

Very,very popular ROM made by the guy who is like one of the most important guy on S3 Xda forum.Made by @JustArchi who also gave us ArchiKernel.

To start of this ROM comes with Aroma Installer,so the installing is quite easy.Based on CM libs its totally stable and has been getting good reviews of lately.

Here is one of the first intergrated RRO layer rom,a very famous AOSP rom ported to S3 i9300 by @Gokulbalram

Its very similar to other roms but its based on a cyanogen.

Sorry i think that was too short,but its as good as SlimLP.

Jelly Bean ROM:Omega ROM For S3 i9300

We did mention it in our battery saving post,based on stock rom its optimized to be used as a daily driver,very well-known.

 

Please read the following before flashing v61:-

1. Make sure to make and keep in a safe place efs backup - nadroid backup - titanium backup - etc, in case you ever need to restore!
2.  Full wipe is needed if you are coming from another rom or stock firmware or Omega 4.1.2 versions
3. If you are using CWM based recovery ignore "Disable Recovery Flash" and "Fix root (/system/xbin/su)" messages at all times, just select "NO", else selecting YES will break root.
4. If you want to change lockscreen personal message make sure to include Samsung fonts during installation
5. SuperSu: If needed open SuperSu and update SU binary, then choose normal and reboot device.

JellyBean ROM:NCS ROM for S3 i9300.

Made by @dkionline,this is a really simple outtake on our stock rom,the last being jelly bean.Its equipped with Boeffla Kernel by standard and is totally debloated and optimized.

This is a great rom especially when that stock nostalgia strikes you.I had thought about posting one,but did not find stable ones.And suddenly this pops up.

So here you go.

INSTALLATION:-

1. Open Odin v3.x.x
2. Put S3 into download mode.
3. Click on PDA in Odin.
4. Select the .md5 ROM.
5. Install.Enjoy!!

I thought about posting this ROM because back-to-n00t has many fixes which are painful(at times).Due to which this is another port from S3 LTE a.k.a Korean S3.

Its stable and comes with bloatware as add-on.

INSTALLATION:-

1. Wipe Cache,Dalvik Cache & Factory Reset.
2. Wipe System.
3. Install ROM.
4. Enjoy.Reboot.

Lollipop ROM:Slim ROM For S3 i9300 *Tested*

One of those very few AOSP ROMs based on lollipop and also ,that ROMs which are smooth and battery saver.This is also in our TOP 3 ROMs.

Even though called unofficial its more than a beta version.The only problem reported by some are those random reboots(which i did not encounter much).

Android 5.1 is by far has the most useful interface.
Slim ROM do not support themes but are really good for daily use.And has a comes with Layers Manager support where you can theme most of the things,better than CM themer cause it can be uninstalled.

Slim LP does keep up to its name and comes with an all new Apollo Music Player ,a built-in DPI setting.

I tested temasek's CM12 for a change(no offence,temasek is a great dev) and found it pretty laggy.

Currently the only stable Lollipop AOSP Rom For S3

Update:

1. Pie Blob GPS support.
2. Some optimizations.
3. Slim Navigation Bar Dim.
4. Clock can be placed on the left side.

INSTALLATION:-

• Wipe>>Dalvik Cache and Cache.
